Explanation
 A MODIFY command was issued to the Policy Agent
to start, restart, or stop an application, but the application is
not configured for monitoring on the AutoMonitorApps configuration
statement. 
 In the message text:  application
The name of the application that was specified on the MODIFY command.
 If the application runs one  instance per stack, the corresponding
TCP/IP stack name precedes the application name, separated by a forward
slash (/).

System action
 The MODIFY command is ignored.
