Explanation
 A ServicesConnection statement in the main configuration
file contains errors on the Policy Agent.

System action
 The Policy Agent continues but does not listen
for services requestors using the ServicesConnection statement.

Operator response
 Contact the system programmer.  If the system
programmer indicates that more  information is required in the Policy
Agent log file, restart the Policy Agent  with a minimum of LogLevel
127 configured in the main configuration file, or  with the -d
1 start option.

System programmer response
 Examine the log file to determine
the cause of the problem. Correct the Policy  Agent configuration
errors identified in the log and restart the Policy Agent.  If you
need more information to diagnose the errors, restart the Policy Agent
with a minimum of LogLevel 127 or start the policy server with the -d
1 start option to see the  configuration errors.
