Explanation
 A general error occurred while processing the
network security services daemon (NSSD) configuration file.  Additional
messages will be issued to provide more  specific information. 
 In
the message text: configfile
The name of the configuration file that is being processed.
retcode
The general configuration parsing return code. Possible values
are: 2
Cannot open the configuration file.
3
There was a syntax or value error in the file.

System action
 The processing of the configuration file stops.
If this error  occurs during a  MODIFY command, then no changes are
committed and the server continues  using the old configuration values.
 If this error occurs during the initial  startup sequence of the
server, then the server does not start.

 Contact the system programmer.

Reference for information about  the NSSD configuration
file.  Verify that  the configuration file is present and that the
server has permission to read  it.
