Explanation
 In the network security services daemon (NSSD)
configuration file, the port value  is not in the range supported
by the server. 
 In the message text: portvalue
The value specified for the port.
maxport
The maximum value of the port range portvalue is the value that
was specified.

System action
 The processing of the configuration file stops.
If this error occurs during a  MODIFY command, then no changes are
committed and the server continues  using the old configuration values.
 If this error occurs during the initial  startup sequence of the
server, then the server does not start.

 See the system programmer.

 No action needed.

file. Verify that  the configuration file contains valid contents.
