Explanation
 The TCP port of the network security services
(NSS) server was successfully initialized or changed  during the processing
of a configuration file. This message is logged the  first time the
server starts up and each time thereafter that a MODIFY NSSD,REFRESH
command  causes the server to change to a different port. 
 In
the message text: portvalue
The TCP port that the NSS server will be listening  to.

System action
 Processing continues. Any existing NSS client
connections are maintained on the previously configured port.
