Explanation
 This message is issued in response to the specified
application MODIFY DISPLAY  command.  A dynamic reconfiguration operation
(REFRESH) is still in progress.   The old configuration is being displayed,
and the new (refreshed) configuration  is not yet available for display.

 In the message text: applname
The name of the application.  The application name is ADNR for
the automated domain name registration (ADNR) application.

System action
 The application continues.

Operator response
 If the application is ADNR, then reissue
the ADNR MODIFY DISPLAY command after  the ADNR MODIFY REFRESH command
has completed (as indicated when message EZD1275I ADNR REFRESH
COMMAND COMPLETED is issued).
