Explanation
 The application is not receiving responses from
the domain name server zone. 
 In the message text: applname
The name of the application.  The application name is ADNR for
the automated domain name registration (ADNR) application.
zoneLabel
The label of the zone in the application configuration file that
 is not responding.  The zone identified by the zoneLabel value
occurs in the ADNR configuration, but for reasons involving name server
availability, network connectivity, or configuration mismatch, the
zone cannot be updated or managed by ADNR

System action
 ADNR periodically probes this zone to  determine
whether it is responding.  This zone is not updated in the name server
until the underlying cause of its unresponsiveness is corrected. 
ADNR  continues processing.
