Explanation
 The Internet Key Exchange (IKE) daemon detected
an error reading an ipsec command request. 
 errno is
the z/OS® UNIX System Services return code.  These return
codes are listed and described in the return
codes (errnos) information in  z/OS UNIX System Services Messages and Codes.

 errnojr is
the hexadecimal z/OS UNIX System Services reason code.

System action
 The command request ends;  IKE daemon processing
continues.

Operator response
 This error might be caused by a temporary
restraint on resources;  try the  command again.
