Explanation
 The value DYNAMIC was specified for the INBPERF
parameter on the LINK  statement for an OSA-Express adapter.  The
OSA-Express adapter microcode level does not  support the INBPERF
DYNAMIC setting.  
 In the message text: device_name
The name of the device from the DEVICE statement.

System action
 TCP/IP activates the device with the default
INBPERF parameter setting BALANCED.

 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Install a level of OSA-Express microcode
that supports the dynamic LAN idle  function. Use the VTAM® DISPLAY TRL command to determine your current
 OSA-Express microcode level.
