Explanation
 During processing of the SNMP GET_NEXT request,
NCPROUTE has detected that there was no session with the NCP client.
 The SNMP request packet is discarded.

System action
 NCPROUTE continues.

Operator response
 None.

System programmer response
 If the session with the NCP client
appears to have terminated, examine previous messages to determine
the cause.  When necessary, take corrective actions to allow NCPROUTE
to process the SNMP requests for the NCP client.
