Verify that the profile data set is defined in //DD:NCPRPROF of
the NCPROUTE start proc JCL and is accessible by NCPROUTE. If the
data set is sequential, ensure that the FREE=CLOSE parameter is specified.
Do not specify this parameter if the data set is partitioned.
