attempting to send a "Transport" PDU to a client. In this condition,
NCPROUTE can no longer communicate with its clients.

 NCPROUTE exits.

Operator response
 None.

System programmer response
 Increase NCPROUTE's region size and
restart.  Take into consideration that storage requirements are based
on the number of clients being served and the number of routes being
managed.  If the problem still cannot be resolved, contact IBM® software support services.
