 If the error recurs, tell the system programmer
about the error.

System programmer response
 If the error recurs, check the number
of virtual circuits specified on the Link record in the X25IPI configuration
data set against the number defined in the NPSI configuration. Use
the VTAM® DISPLAY command to
determine the state of the NPSI switched VC LUs.
