COMpress subcommand—Set the compressed data transfer mode

z/OS Communications Server: IP User's Guide and Commands

Purpose

Use the COMpress subcommand to set the data transfer mode to compressed mode. This is equivalent to specifying the MOde C subcommand. See MOde subcommand—Set the data transfer mode for more information.
