Using the queue manager trace z/OS Communications Server: IP Network Print Facility SC27-3658-00 |

The operator can specify a trace of the queue management
function by issuing the following commands:
The
queue manager writes a message to the console for each file action,
including retry attempts or file deletions. See the explanation of
message EZY0960I in the z/OS Communications Server: IP Messages Volume
3 (EZY) manual. This message describes the routing,
name of file, type of operation, and time. The time displayed is
the time the scan started, not the time the actual operation occurs.The trace output goes to the MVS™ console and the normal job log specified in the NPF start procedures (either NPF FSS writer (for JES) or VTAM®). |
