Explanation
 This message is displayed in response to the D
TCPIP,TELNET command. The  message displays the name, version, and
status of each Telnet server that is active now or was previously
active.
 In the message text:  server_name
The name of the Telnet server.
version
The version and release of Communications Server that was used
when the specified server was started.
status
The current state of the Telnet server. Valid states are: STARTING
The Telnet server is initializing.
ACTIVE
The Telnet server is initialized and ready to support client 
connections.
TERMINATING
The Telnet server is shutting down and is not supporting connections.
INACTIVE
The Telnet server has shut down, and the procedure has ended.

If the Telnet server has been stopped with the STOP
console command, (STOP CMD) is appended to the status.
