Issue Cp of ‘command’
Explanation
This message is displayed upon invocation of the IssueCP procedure.
This function asks CP to invoke the given command and returns the
return code and response string that CP provides.

Note: This message displays the virtual machine communication
facility (VMCF) function call returned by the function
SayVmcFu, which is called to determine the type of a VMCF function
call.  For more information about VMCF function calls, see the z/OS Communications Server: IP Programmer's Guide
and Reference.
