Explanation
The client was unable to decode a name returned from the Domain
Name Server because it exceeded the maximum allowable length.  The
name is not decoded.

Note: This message displays the virtual machine communication
facility (VMCF) function call returned by the function
SayVmcFu, which is called to determine the type of a VMCF function
call.  For more information about VMCF function calls, see the z/OS Communications Server: IP Programmer's Guide
and Reference.

System action
TCPIP continues.

Operator response
Notify the system programmer of the error.

System programmer response
Check the configuration of the Domain Name Server to determine
why it is sending names that are longer than the maximum allowable
length.
