Failure using data_set, volume is not mounted.
Explanation
The MAKESITE command was unable to extract a parameter list from
the indicated data set because the volume containing the data set
is not mounted.

Note: This message displays the virtual machine communication
facility (VMCF) function call returned by the function
SayVmcFu, which is called to determine the type of a VMCF function
call.  For more information about VMCF function calls, see the z/OS Communications Server: IP Programmer's Guide
and Reference.

TCPIP continues.

Mount the correct volume and resubmit the command.
