Explanation
 This message is sent to the trace file if the
TIMERdebug option was specified.  It indicates that a new timer is
being created and set to run for the indicated length of time.
 Note: This
message displays the virtual machine communication facility (VMCF)
function call returned by the function SayVmcFu, which is called to
determine the type of a VMCF function call.  For more information
about VMCF function calls, see the z/OS Communications Server: IP Programmer's Guide
and Reference.
