Explanation
This message displays the response code taken from the packet header
of an external virtual machine communication facility (VMCF)
packet.  The response code indicates the status of the external end
of the VMCF connection.  For more information about VMCF response
codes, see the z/OS Communications Server: IP Sockets Application
Programming Interface Guide and Reference.

Note: This message displays the virtual machine communication
facility (VMCF) function call returned by the function
SayVmcFu, which is called to determine the type of a VMCF function
call.  For more information about VMCF function calls, see the z/OS Communications Server: IP Programmer's Guide
and Reference.
