Monitor command ExplanationA client has called the procedure MonCommand, which instructs the TCPIP address space's monitor process to open a data set and execute the commands found there. This is the principal means of updating network and address tables while the TCPIP address space is in use. MonCommand opens the data set and executes the commands found there.
