 Tell the system programmer about the error.

System programmer response
 Verify that the port for SNMPQE was
defined correctly in the hlq.PROFILE.DATA
data set.  If the port was defined correctly see z/OS Communications Server: IP Programmer's Guide
and Reference for
information about socket errors.
