Explanation
 The length of the send queue, which holds IP datagrams
waiting to be passed to VTAM®,
has exceeded the maximum length specified in the BUFFERS statement
in the SNALINK LU6.2 configuration data set. The indicated address
is the destination IP address of the datagram triggering this message.
Message EZA6204W is also written to the SYSPRINT data set, and the
datagram is discarded.
