Explanation
 An attempt to establish a DLC connection for the
indicated TCPIP link has been unsuccessful because the corresponding
DLC table entry is already marked as active.

System action
 Processing continues; the DLC connection attempt
is abnormally ended.

Operator response
 No action is needed.

System programmer response
 Probable program logic error. Contact
the IBM® Software Support Center.
The data structures can be reinitialized by restarting the SNALINK
LU6.2 address space.
