Explanation
The DLC connection associated with the indicated TCPIP link has
been closed. The SNALINK LU6.2 interface attempts to buffer any datagrams
received from destination nodes associated with the indicated link.
However, if the link is not reestablished before the buffer space
is exhausted, incoming datagrams are discarded.  The TCPIP address
space is responsible for the reconnection of the DLC link.

System programmer response
If the SNALINK LU6.2 address space is not shut down, check the
reason for the severing of the DLC connection. The TCPIP address space
might have been shut down or abended.
