Explanation
 The job number was rejected for the indicated
user ID and node ID either because the sender’s address is in the
RESTRICT list or because the TCP-to-NJE mail gateway is not enabled.

System action
 SMTP continues.

Operator response
 Perform the following:
 Ensure that the JES node name was defined correctly to the VMCF
subsystem when it was started.
Ensure the IKJTSO00 parmlib has the correct MVS™ node name specified on the TRANSREC/TRANSMIT
statement.
