Explanation
An unregistered batch spool data set was received from the sender
at the indicated node ID. This condition occurred because the sender
is not registered in the DD data set security table. The BSMTP data
set is not delivered.

System action
SMTP continues.

Operator response
No action is needed.

System programmer response
The sender should obtain authorization to use the secure gateway.
To do so, the sender should follow the instructions contained in the
SECURITY.MEMO data set, which is returned from the SMTP server just
before this batch log entry.
