Explanation
 SMTP cannot allocate a data set necessary for
it to continue functioning. Look for message EZA5560I in the SMTP
output file for more information on why dynamic allocation failed.
 data_set_name is
the fully qualified data set name.
 return_code is
used internally, use message EZA5560I for more information.

System action
 SMTP halts.

 Notify the system programmer of the error.

Reference ALE-DYN to determine the cause of the error and respond
