Explanation
 The user ID specified in the -l user_id parameter
of the REXEC command is too long.  The connection is closed. The maximum
length for this parameter is 15 characters. This parameter specifies
the user ID on the local host.

 Processing continues.

 No action is needed.

System programmer response
   Check for the correct user ID in
the -l user_id parameter of the REXEC command and
