(do_request) Unknown interface [packet_type, sequence_number]
Explanation
The function do_request, which accepts and handles client request
packets, received a packet from an interface that is not registered
with a location broker. The packet is refused and the request is not
processed.

System action
TCPIP continues.

Operator response
Notify the system programmer of the error.

System programmer response
Register the interface with the location broker and resubmit the
request.  For more information about registering an interface with
