(alloc_socket) Can't create socket, errno=errno
Explanation
 The procedure alloc_socket, which is called to
allocate a socket, was unable to create a new socket.
 errno is
the  UNIX System
Services Return Code. These return codes are listed and described
in the z/OS UNIX System Services Messages and Codes.

System action
 TCPIP continues.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer of the error.

 Use the errno displayed
in this message to determine the cause of the error and respond as
indicated.
