Explanation
 The SBSUBChar parameter must be either a hexadecimal
number or SPACE. 
 sbsubchar is not a valid
substitution character.

System action
 The parameter is ignored.

Operator response
 Reissue the LOCSITE command with a valid
value specified for the SBSUBChar  parameter. See the z/OS Communications Server: IP User's Guide and
Commands, in the chapter about transferring data using
the file transfer protocol for information about the parameters of
the LOCSITE subcommand.

 No action is needed.
