Secure port port_number does not support the -a or -r start parameter ExplanationYou issued the ftp command with the port_number parameter and the -a or -r parameter. The port number you specified was the secure port. The -a and -r start parameters are not allowed when you specify the port indicated by the port_number value. In
the message text:

FTP.DATA contains this statement:

statement sets the secure port to 990. You attempt to connect to
the FTP server at port 990 on the host specified hostname value.
You specify the -a parameter also:
