Host code set for TYPE U transfer code_set
Explanation
 This message is issued in response to the LOCSTAT
subcommand when the FTP data transfer type is 'U' (UCS-2).  It displays
the name of the EBCDIC code set used for EBCDIC to UCS-2 conversion
and UCS-2 to EBCDIC conversion.
