CHMod parameters missing.  Specify CHMod mode filename.

Explanation
The LOCSITE subcommand was entered with the CHMod parameter, but
the syntax of the CHMod parameter was incorrect.  One or more of the
operands required on the CHMod parameter were missing. The syntax
of the CHMod parameter is LOCSITE CHMod mode filename.

System action
The CHMod parameter is ignored.

Operator response
Reenter the LOCSITE subcommand, specifying the correct operands.
