Explanation
The LOCSITE command was entered with the parm parameter,
but the value specified, value, was not a valid value.  Valid
values for the parm parameter are Catlg and Delete.

System action
The parm parameter is ignored.

Operator response
Reenter the LOCSITE subcommand, specifying the correct value for parm.
