Error mounting volume containing data set dsname
Explanation
 The volume containing the requested data set was
not mounted to the FTP system.  FTP attempted to have the volume mounted,
but was unable to get the volume mounted.

System action
 The command is rejected.

Operator response
 Reissue the command.  If the problem persists,
contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Determine why the requested volume
cannot be mounted to the MVS™ system.
