Explanation
 This message is issued as the result of the LOCSTAT
command when NOTRUNCATE is set. If a record is discovered that is
longer than LRECL and NOWRAPRECORD is set, an error will be returned
and the file transfer will fail.

System action
 None.

Operator response
 If this is not the intended result, issue
the locsite TRUNcate command.

System programmer response
 No action is needed.
