 DCBDsn parameter ignored.
Explanation
 The File Transfer Protocol (FTP) was unsuccessful
in mounting the volume where the data set name specified in the DCBDsn
parameter is located. The DCBDsn parameter specifies the name of the
data set to be used as a model for allocation of new data sets. The
parameter is ignored.

System action
 FTP continues.

Operator response
 Check for the correct volume serial number
in the VOLume parameter of the SITE and LOCSITE subcommand, correct
the data set name, and issue the command again. See the z/OS Communications Server: IP User's Guide and
Commands for more information.

System programmer response
 No action is needed.
