Explanation
 The File Transfer Protocol (FTP) was unsuccessful
in accessing the data set name specified in the DCBDsn parameter.
The DCBDsn parameter specifies the name of the data set to be used
as a model for allocation of new data sets. The parameter is ignored.

System action
 FTP continues.

Operator response
 Check for the correct data set name and issue
the DCBDsn parameter again. See the z/OS Communications Server: IP User's Guide and
Commands for more information.

System programmer response
 No action is needed.
