Explanation
 You issued a subcommand that specified a file
in the z/OS® UNIX file system as the local file.  The local
file is not a named pipe.  The local file must be a named pipe when
UNIXFILETYPE=FIFO is configured. 
 This message is preceded
by message EZA1725I, which identifies the subcommand that you issued
and the local file that you specified.

System action
 The FTP client stops processing the current subcommand,
and prompts you to enter the next subcommand.
