Output dataset not found. Cannot allocate PDS.
Explanation
 The output data set for the CONVXLAT command did
not exist when the CODEFILE option was used. The CONVXLAT program
is unable to allocate the partitioned data set required for generation
of the codefiles.

System action
 The program halts. No output data set is produced.

 For more information about the error, contact
the system programmer.

 Make sure that the output data set
for the codefiles is a correctly allocated partitioned data set. See z/OS Communications Server: IP Configuration
