The EZACICR macro builds an initialization module for the cache file, because the cache file must start with at least one record to permit updates by the EZACIC25 module. To optimize performance, you can preload dummy records for the host names which you expect to be used frequently. This results in a more compact file and minimizes the I/O required to use the cache. If you do not specify at least one dummy record, the macro builds a single record of binary zeros. See Step 1: Create the initialization module.
