Explanation
 The indicated NetView® disk
service received the indicated return code while accessing a data
set specified on the indicated DD statement in the NetView start procedure. This error occurs
when SNMPIUCV cannot access the SNMPARMS member of the DSIPARM data
set.

System action
 The SNMPARMS member is not read. Internal default
values are used for the parameters contained in SNMPARMS.

Operator response
 Tell the system programmer about the error.

System programmer response
 Check that the data set containing
the SNMPARMS member is properly specified on the DSIPARM DD statement
in the NetView start procedure.
