Explanation
 A SYSPLEXPORTS keyword was found on an IPv6 VIPADISTRIBUTE
statement for an  interface that already had a VIPADISTRIBUTE statement
specified without the  SYSPLEXPORTS keyword. The SYSPLEXPORTS keyword
must be specified on the first  VIPADISTRIBUTE statement specified
for a specific  interface.   
 dvipaintfname is
the name of the interface specified on the VIPADISTRIBUTE  statement.

System action
 TCP/IP continues.  The VIPADISTRIBUTE statement
is rejected.

 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 To enable SYSPLEXPORTS, delete all
previous VIPADISTRIBUTE  statements for this interface, then reissue
the VIPADISTRIBUTE with  SYSPLEXPORTS specified.
