Explanation
A DVIPA being defined already exists on a different interface.

dvipa is the IPv6 dynamic VIPA address specified in the
DVIPA define request.  

intfname is the name of the interface for which this IPv6
address is already  defined.

TCP/IP continues.  The VIPADYNAMIC statement is rejected.

Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
Correct the VIPADYNAMIC statement to specify a unique interface
name and  dynamic VIPA.
