Explanation

sending domain name server (DNS) queries that were generated by an
application to the name server at the specified IP address. Message
EZZ9311E identified the name server as being unresponsive, but it
is now responsive.
 In the message text: ipaddress
The IPv4 or IPv6 network address of the name server that is now
considered to be responsive.
