of the SYSTCPT DD card or the RESOLVER_TRACE environment variable.

Either specify a different filename or stop
the user or job currently using the MVS data
set or z/OS UNIX file.

Insufficient storage to allocate and open file
Increase region size for user or job.

Dynamic allocation failed
