Explanation
The masters option is missing under a secondary zone statement
in the named server configuration file.  It
is required to enable the secondary zone zone_name to notify
master zones for updates.

zone_name is the name of the zone found in error.

System action
If the named server is initially loading,
it ends.  If the named server is reloading,
it stops reloading and continues.

Operator response
Add the masters option under the affected secondary zone statement.
